1. Contact Milmark by clicking “schedule a free design consultation” on our website or call 513-474-7085 in Cincinnati and 724-413-3260 in Pittsburgh
2. Milmark will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your phone call or email to set an appointment
3. Mark Hoffman, the company owner, will arrive at your home as scheduled for the initial lighting consultation and set up a demonstration for an after sunset review
4. After the review Mark will go over the quotation and lighting drawing with you to answer any questions you might have and make sure your expectations are met
5. Upon agreement of the concept, Milmark will schedule your installation
6. A professional Milmark employee will come to your home to install your lighting system (typical time 18-22 hours) as documented in the lighting drawing
7. During the installation, the Milmark installer will record all wiring routes and critical hardware information
8. Upon completion of the installation Milmark will perform the final lighting adjustment, after dark, and conduct a night-time review of the system for your final approval
9. Upon final system approval you will be presented with:

   · A wiring and lamp location diagram with bulb information

   · A lamp chart showing all types of lamps used

   · The current and voltage readings recorded at your transformer

   · The optional maintenance program quotation
